At my initial visit, he took time to get to know me, understand my knowledge about my condition, and discuss it with me on my level. We agreed to work together to address it. He is a good listener, patiently answered my questions, and he explained everything clearly. On my second visit, following blood and urine tests, he went over all of the readings and explained their ramifications, including next steps. He then provided me with a complete printout of the results.
