I'll admit, I went in groggy and irritable - not eating for 30 hours and only drinking that blasted Gatorade-Poly-Glycol was the worst part of all of it. I was nervous and cranky. The ENTIRE team, from Intake to Discharge, was delightful. They put me at ease, answered my nutty questions, and communicated with unconditional positive regard. I was delighted. The propofol (sp?) was a TREAT - I did not realize the procedure had even occurred. Not kidding. I'm happy not only with the scheduling, reminders, prep instructions, staff, and their demeanor but also with the fluidity and efficiency of this ordeal. Dr. Corsello himself was as informal as a professional can be, kind, approachable, and calm - which I appreciated. 10 out of 10.
