This family practice has not been in business for 5 years. Dr Cade retired. Dr. Johnson went to work for High Lakes Health Care. He retired October 2017 and turned all his patients over to Dr. Kristi Garrett. I know this for a fact as I was one of his patients for years. I sure miss him. He was a great Doctor.
