Dr. Kelly received his medical degree from the University of South Dakota in 1998. He completed his General Surgery Residency at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and served a Vascular Surgery Fellowship at St. Louis University. Dr. Kelly is board certified in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery.
