His staff is outstanding from the front desk on. Dr Tyrance is the kind of Dr. that you hope to never need but, but hope he is there if you do. Although there is not much I can do for tendinitis, his suggestion of icing, elevating and limiting movement was extremely helpful. I was able to walk 2 days later, with an slight limp, but little pain. I recommend him highly.
