She is my current doctor. I had an appointment with her today and I explain to her that my current complaint doesn’t happen every day. It hasn’t happened so far since the last time and she explain that unfortunately, because I am not currently experiencing any symptoms, she can’t give me antibiotics or medicine to help. But what she did do was send me an email on the Kaiser app. She then told me that if it happens again and I start experiencing symptoms to message her by replying to this email, that will go to her directly. Then she can go ahead and schedule me for a visit ASAP. So avoiding a long period for an appointment can be avoided.
