Dr. Pam is a wonderful pediatrician. She is very patient and explains things well. The only issue I had was with one of her staff. There was a problem and instead of handling it professionally, the staff member became angry, raising her voice and even closing the door loudly when she left the room. She managed to escalate an already bad situation. While I think Dr. Pam is excellent, I'm not sure I will return with such an unprofessional staff member.
