About 20 years ago, Dr. Betina saved my life. He would not give up determining what was wring with me. I had a severe kidney infection in both kidneys that could not be cultured, but Dr. Betina was determined to understand what was wrong, and he did, even when other doctors did not think it serious. I was a day or two from dying, and Dr. Betina saved my life.
