He truly cares about me and listens to my concerns. From what I've heard, many other psychiatrists just tend to basically throw medication at you until something works, without explaining why they're prescribing the medication. This isn't the case with Dr. McPherson. He thoroughly explains what each medication does and then after doing so he asks me what I think. He won't prescribe me something if I don't think it's a good idea, and he takes all of my concerns seriously.
