Dr Rios is great. My mother injured her elbow and took her to urgent care. He helped fixing her dislocated elbow bone that fixed 80% of the problem. I'm very grateful to Dr. Rios and he was like an angel to my mom. We consulted an orthopedic as recommended by Dr Rios and he concurred on what Dr Rios said. I'm glad my mom was treated by him.
