I was told I had a deviated septum, which I don't believe I actually did have, I then had a septoplasty and rhinoplasty by Dr. Pastorek and though it looks reasonably good, my nose is in pain and it's hard to enjoy smiling now. I don't recommend plastic surgery unless it's truly necessary. God bless.
