I have been dealing with anxiety for most of my life. Dr. Shadid identified several underlying causes of anxiety (Lyme Disease, Mold Toxins, etc.) that were greatly impacting my health. Since being treated for Lyme and other co-infections, my quality of life has vastly improved. I was having such extreme symptoms of panic in the morning it was crippling. I was trying all the right things but having to rely on as-needed sedatives more often than I was comfortable just to get through activities of daily living. Now that I've addressed some of these systemic health issues, I'm feeling so much better. I rarely take medicine for panic, am exercising and living life much more normally for lack of a better word. I'm so grateful that Dr. Shadid took me on as a patient and took the time/patience to look more deeply into my overall health. I would highly recommend Dr. Shadid as a doctor. She has literally changed my life (significantly) for the better.
