Having pulmonary issues that were not clear in their diagnosis, I was referred by my geriatrician to the office of Dr Vander Els. On short notice, I received an appt and met Dr Vander Els. He reviewed my tests and history, questioned me directly, and produced a treatment plan that I have confidence in. His RN, Danielle Smart, is as good as it gets.
