The staff was friendly and Dr. Jasper was so kind and compassionate. He was professional and helped me understand the issues I’ve been struggling with from my TBI. I had a hard time speaking and forming words and sentences and he was so nice and patient with me even when I expected it to be like my previous appointments to where I was dismissed as a patient. He was knowledgeable in TBIs so he was able to tell me why I was experiencing many different symptoms and that they’re normal but that he would help to the best of his ability. That alone was helpful and made me feel that I could trust him. He made it a good experience even though I was getting upset with the struggles I was having and it helped me be able to feel more comfortable to confide in his care and medical opinions about my treatment. I would definitely recommend this place for treatment or medical diagnosis.
