When no one was willing to further look into my limp, I walked into Dr. Kanu's office and it's the first thing she noticed. I immediately got a referral and soon I was up for hip surgery , yet every doctor wrote it off as some form of arthritis. I started to suffer from my pressure , she allowed me to express my fears of medication dependency. She allowed me to express my thoughts on health and we found , together, a treatment where I took my medication but the focus would be on Healthy living. She encourages , teaches , and met my needs as her patient and never disqualified what I had to say. Moreover, never a dull moment in her presence your visits with her are always filled with joy, she has a great sense of humor, which eases the uncomfortability I use to experience going to see a doctor. I am very grateful to her she is an awesome doctor
