I am 70y.o. I have been diabetic for 40 yrs. Dr.Malhorta got it right after 40 years of doctors telling me textbook nonsense .She got the insulin mix right. She knew at 70 and being Italian I was not giving up the foods I was used to and worked around it She listened and did what she set out to do. I am not a big fan of doctors who threaten you with your health outcomes.There was none of that there.I do not put doctors on a pedestal but she has the gift to make you want to get your illness..under control
