Dr. Ponnusamy is by far one of the best doctors I have had the pleasure of working with!! He is thorough and has a great bedside manner and he/his staff make what is a very painful visit very easy to deal with. The staff at Baystate Pain Management has always been excellent in the care and attentiveness that they give. From the first step in to the last step out this facility is courteous, respectful and a pleasure to work with. This staff is a gem to this establishment ???????? thanks a lot!
