Dr. Issa is a wonderful person who is very kind and very friendly, he listens to everything you say and does not rush through your appointment. My husband goes to Dr. Issa now and we are very lucky for that because Dr. Issa found a heart problem in my husband. The Dr. makes you feel very comfortable when you first meet him.
