He was very patient, kind, and provided excellent advice. He answered questions and did not hurry through the appointment. He showed genuine concern. He spoke respectfully to all involved. He shared his knowledge in a positive manner including illustrations on a white board. It was a very impressive and pleasant psychiatric experience.
