Diagnosed a life threatening bowel obstruction in my infant son and sent us to the ER where he had emergency surgery the following morning. She listened, asked questions, did not brush off my concerns, and ordered an X-ray which showed the blockage. All the while, she was compassionate and kind, while still giving me straightforward answers.
