I think Dr. Rodriguez is an excellent psychiatrist. He truly takes the time to understand and treat his patients effectively. However his office staff Lety has no business working with the public much less patient's struggling with mental illness. At times she is rude, abrasive and insulting. Dr. Rodriguez would be wise to have her formally trained or hire someone new.
