Dr. Dewan was my anesthesiologist at Abington for my latest surgery. She was extremely thorough in reading my chart, and helped prevent anesthesia complications I had experienced elsewhere in the past. She was very knowledgeable about my rare condition, and upfront with the possible anesthesia outcomes that could occur due to it. I felt very safe in her hands, which I seldom find with other providers. She is patient in answering questions truthfully and allowed me to make an informed decision.
