Marchant perpetually late. I don't think he *can* be on time. Sometimes you just have to wait for the best, and that's the way it is. With that being said, I still highly recommend him. About 5 years ago I completely your my ACL and he guided me to the decision of NOT repairing it. GREAT decision. He has reconstructed a family member's shoulder, and done A+ work. My shoulder, we've been working on for a few years conservatively, and I'm very happy. He's a nice guy, great listener, very relaxed, and NEVER rushes anybody.
