We haven’t finished our evaluation, but doctor was so caring and intentional about asking questions and providing helpful solutions during intake. He was amazing at providing both verbal and written instructions. You can always tell a lot about a person by how much effort they put into their work, and this man is very intentional about clear communication. I also enjoyed hearing his interactions with staff. He very clearly supports his staff who seem happy to work with him. The office in general was trans-kid friendly which I loved, despite a couple in the waiting room loudly complaining about having to provide a child’s preferred pronouns during intake. Overall, the doctor and the staff were incredibly kind and respectful, and I am so grateful for the support and interaction.
