Dr. Marin listens to my concerns and addresses them. She follows through with diagnostic tests to know the source of problems rather than saying, “try this.” When I see her she reviews notes in my file and asks about previous issues to see if they are resolved or are being addressed. There have been some communication issues between the staff and Alignment Insurance that are frustrating, but I have had some of the same things happen with the insurance. Dr. Marin makes me feel comfortable explaining any issues. I feel that my concerns will be addressed and any medical issues will be checked out.
