Honestly one of the best beside manners I could ever hope for. She listened to me and really made me feel like a person, not like someone taking up a bed which is how most ER doctors make you feel like. She discuss my options and she really took her time to make sure I understood everything. She made going to the ER on Christmas Eve not such a bad thing. I think she should train the whole ER department of West Boca because that would really bring the quality of care up.
