It's really tough to pinpoint which act, function, skill, ability or personal quality has made Dr. Willers so invaluable to our family. Maybe, it was the anatomically correct heart that he drew in the wee hours of the morning, explaining why our 9 year old was catapulted into an ICU? The world class surgeon and surgical team to which he connected our child? Then again, it could have been when we received a call from him at midnight to check-in on our, now, 23 year old, post-op? Or perhaps the many years of careful monitoring of his heart, while fielding questions beat by beat, as fast as our jokes? How many cardiologists does it take to care for your child's heart? Just one, his name is Michael Willers, M.D., because he truly...Cares!
