How likely are you to recommend Dr. Hartman?
Dr M W Hartman has always has the most polite and professional bed side manners. He has operated twice on my right shoulder Rotator cuff which were injured do to work related accidents. In the past year, I had to help my father lift and move around my mother. I told my dad I shouldn't be doing this and he needed to hire a professional but he insisted we could handle it. My left shoulder has a small tare but my Right must have torn much more along with working at walmart reaching heavy.
