Dr. Voorhies practices Pain Management at Ochsner Health System. After two years of back pain, during which I had more than a year's physical therapy, I finally agreed to meet with a Pain Management specialist. I was immediately struck by Dr. Voorhies's friendliness and empathy. Even more important was his expertise in identifying how he could decrease my pain. He performed medial nerve branch ablations at L3-5. I have had tremendous relief since then with no ill effects from the procedure. It has been 4 months and the relief has continued. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Voorhies!
