Ive had soo many doctors giving me shots, but Dr.Michael Umaki is in a different league.Ohh Myy his assistant does the numb gumming and lets it stay there a while before Dr.Umaki actually inserts the needle. I told him DOC IVE BEEN TO SOO MANY DENTISTS BUT NEVER HAVE I HAD LESS ISSUE OF NEEDLE PAIN AND I HAVE A LOW LOW PAIN TOLERANCE. HE IS AMAAZING and he called me back to see if i was doing okay!! Such care and calmness while doing procedure things were not as what xrayed showed and yet he was calm and new procedure was now different and more difficult than planned but yet hes jus humming along and im thinking this dude is good!! His assistant too, simply calm to explain everything to me and she new what he needed and doc didnt need to tell her anything during procedure, Pro unit all the way. Mahalo Dr.Michael and staff!!
