Patient Reviews

I wasn’t taken to ER with extreme abdominal pain. The consensus in the ER was heart attack. I am an extremely healthy 67 year old female so I was shocked. I was transferred to another hospital where Dr. Payment was on staff and where he did an emergency heart catheter. He found that my vessels were clean and found that I had had “ broken heart syndrome”( yes, that’s really a thing)! I had lost my child to leukemia years before and he could see that part of my heart wasn’t functioning. The diagnoses for the pain was from pancreatitis due to being irritated from a gallstone lodged in the bile duct. I was so grateful to have this Cardiologist called in and be under his care. He’s the absolute best.
