Some people may not like his demeanor, but he gets you what you want. Too many kaiser doctors like follow protocol to the T. He gone through kaiser hoops to help me get a procedure I wanted done and when I ask for test her orders them. His demeanor might turn off some people, but he gets the job that you want to be done.
