I did a walk in (limp-in with a cane) unscheduled appointment for an ankle Achilles tendon injury. Staff (in the Mechanicsburg office) was accommodating & Dr Sicuranza came in smiling asking what was going on. He did a hands-on exam of the foot, ankle & surrounding muscles. He explained what he was checking & determined a significant injury. Staff took xrays & he explained the xrays didn't address tissue damage & ordered an MRI for me. His specialty is stronger regarding hands and arms, so, because of my additional other existing medical conditions, he referred me to another Dr in the practice (who wasn't available that day)...but Dr S ordered a boot for me to immobilize the foot & leg until my next appointment. 2 staff members explained use of the boot very well making sure I understood. Schedulers worked hard to get me to an MRI site as soon as possible. I was satisfied with everyone's attention & the care provided.
