About Me
Care Philosophy
- As a physician, I have always made it a priority to listen to patients, as each person’s needs are unique. I feel it is important to inform patients of what options are available so they can help drive the decision-making process. When developing a surgical plan, I try to incorporate what is going to fit that patient and family’s needs and best improve the patient’s quality of life.Breast reconstruction awareness is an area of focus for me. I helped start the Jacksonville chapter of Breast Reconstruction Awareness day (BRAday) to ensure that women with a new diagnosis of breast cancer know what their reconstructive options are so they may choose the approach that best fits their lives.
