I am very grateful to Dr. Cassidy! It seems like years ago now that he and his team in St. Luke’s ICU helped save my life after I took an overdose of pills which would have killed me, I have no damage from my mistake- he and his team saved my life. I don’t think that I ever got to thank him or his colleagues for all of their help, but they were all very special- Dr. O’Toole diagnosed my IBS and Dr. Kelberman helped me with scoping procedures. They’re all great!! I think very highly of them.

Care Philosophy
- I have been a lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area. I graduated with honors from Temple University School of Medicine and completed an internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at Temple. After initially practicing in Philadelphia and Lower Bucks County, I joined Drs. Jerome Burke and William O'Toole at Bux-Mont Gastroenterology in 1998. In 2019, I joined St. Luke's University Health Network My practice style is collaborative. I stress the importance of the patient being an active participant in their own healthcare decisions. I am a passionate fan of all the Philadelphia sports teams. I enjoy spending time at the New Jersey shore and traveling with my family.
