Receptionists are very freindly. The Nurse and PA are also freindly. The Surgical Coordinator, Allison, was very kind and helpful. Doctor Hanes was kind and listened. He offered other alternatives for my treatment. I had already talked to several other physicians at other offices and Doctor Hanes was .uch more confident about how to treat my condition. He also performed my facet ablation, which was quick and accurate! I left with no more pain. I am so glad i chose the Jax spine and pain center in st augustine. I will surley tell others.
