I came to Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania with minor but disruptive muscular-skeletal issues. I received prompt, thorough, and pertinent advice and treatment. Dr. Jones got right to the point, asked open-ended questions, addressed all my concerns, and treated my most salient issues immediately. His questions reflected experience and kept me involved in my own recovery effort. I wanted to be fixed up, not lavished with cosmetic attention, and I felt that he respected me, was thrifty with my time, and avoided costly, time-consuming, and most likely unnecessary procedures. In 10 minutes I was diagnosed, patched up, and on my way with a recovery plan. Dr. Jones’s efficiency could be mistaken as brusqueness, but I wanted some medical assistance, not conversation and cosmetic attention. If you want treatment, quick diagnosis, and straightforward explanations, Dr. Jones is the right physician.
