I came in with a bad back. I’m sure the doctor sees these all the time. I’m also sure he was very busy at the time of my er visit. He could have just juiced me up and sent me home. Instead he was as thorough and reticent as the hospital and protocol allowed. I was allowed to stay long enough that the severity of my case was clear. In the end that visit helped me get fast tracked to very much needed surgery
