I am 83 yrs. old male and have been a patient of Dr Forman for 25+ years, (2) years prior to starting his own private practice. His knowledge and analysis of my condition led him to recommend open heart surgery 23 years ago ie March 2001 which not only saved my life but has rewarded me with a very active and healthy life style for which I am very appreciative. His proactive approach to keeping up on BEST PRACTICES IE TESTS MEDS etc as related to Cardiology provides me ongoing benefits which is a significant PLUS. Additionally, the office staff is EXCEPTIONAL
