I have been a patient of Dr. Ice since June 1996. Dr. Ice is a very caring doctor. Her check-in staff is very welcoming when you arrive in. The nurses review your health history & med list, then the doctor will begin her assessment. Only once or twice did I have a delay, that was because they had a ill patient who I believe had to be transported to the ER. I'm very pleased with the care I received at West Chester Family Practice!
