Dr. Lo was the anesthesiologist for my procedure yesterday. I found her to be efficient and professional. But equally important, she was communicative, friendly, and down-to-earth in explaining what she was going to do. Her gentle sense of humor was appreciated as I was nervous about the procedure. I went to sleep and woke up feeling fine without a headache or nausea. I felt no pain during the procedure. Thank you, Dr. Lo, for your compassionate care.
