Extre6mely painful acute gout. My primary care M.D. put me on a medication that did not help in 24 hours. This was the worst pain I ever experienced. I saw Dr. Salama who immediately diagnosed my problem and injected my painful area and gave me stronger cortiszone medication. I was completely well within 6 hours. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
