My poor eyesight interfered greatly with my quality of life before opting for Cataract surgery. I was unable to enjoy reading, watching movies and even gardening has been affected. I can no longer safely drive at night. My work also suffered with my poor vision. I had been to several ophthalmologist for Cataract surgery but had been hesitant until my PCP recommended Shammas Eye Center. I went to see Dr. Maya Shammas and was immediately impressed with her professionalism, excellent bedside manner and caring attitude. I had my first Cataract surgery done and I am ecstatic with the result. It was a wonderful gift to have clear vision and be able to see first thing in the morning. Thank you so much Dr. Maya Shammas, Steven and all employees at Shammas Eye Center. I recommend this place to get your eye surgery done, esp to get Cataract surgery from Dr. Maya Shammas. She is truly a gift from God. Thank you so much.
