It was difficult to find a great physician like Dr. Mary Eldridge who is willing to and capable of working with me because I've been on a ketogenic diet for 2 years. I have family with diabetes and I don't want it myself. I found Mary on the doctor listing at foodmed.net. She understands the low-carb and keto and intermittent fasting communities because she "walks the walk" along with "talking the talk." She is really fun to speak with. She obviously loves what she does and cares about patients.
