I reached out to Dr Pichelmann at Mayo in Eau Claire which was to review an MRI, and I ended up having an urgent surgery performed. From the moment I met him for my consultation to the day I had surgery, I was kept well informed of the damage I had, and what needed to be done. He answered all of my questions, and kept a great professional attitude. I feel confident in his work, and I am relieved hat he took me so seriously from the start. What an excellent surgeon!!!
