Dr. Phelps is one of those doctors that will spend all the time needed to communicate my concerns. He listens better than any doctor I have ever worked with. I feel important when I'm in his office and I always leave confident in his diagnosis's and decisions. The wife and I highly recommend him. Dr. Phelps is the best.
