Check in was good, visit was good. Long walk across parking not so good. More disabled parking spots needed.

About Me

Care Philosophy
  • I chose to be a physician because I knew from an early age that I liked to help people, as I got older I enjoyed the challenge of taking care of people in a serious acute illness. I gravitated to cardiology because of the high pressure demands of treating patients with acute heart problems. The satisfaction of meeting a patient in the hospital  who is having  a heart attack, restoring flow to their heart  and then seeing them get up and walk out in just a couple of days is so amazing. I know through our heart attack team at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center we are helping people lead longer unimpaired lives every day. My goal for my patients is to become their physician and friend, and follow them closely so the years go by without incident and marvel as they get old gracefully!

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
