Doctor Ginkle saved my husband's life, so I hate to criticize anything, but his receptionist is horrible. My 86 year old husband was ten minutes late to an appointment because he couldn't find a parking space and she canceled his appointment. Today I had an appointment for an echocardiogram and when I showed up she said it was canceled because the technician was only coming once a month now. She tried calling me at an outdated phone number and told me to call back. When I didn't she did not email me, even though they do email reminders. She was not apologetic at all, just ice cold as usual. She has always been like that with both of us. I tried to tell the doctor at my last appointment, but he wasn't interested.
