The best. Highest skill matched with highest character & compassion. Once, in an emergency situation, he left a family event on a Saturday and performed a procedure on me without any assistants, easing severe pain. I had a near phobic fear of dentists and had not been in years before Dr. Moreau. For three years after I left Saratoga, I traveled back exclusively to keep Dr. Moreau as my dentist. He's that good. A special person, and you'll not find anyone more skilled in his trade.
