Dr. Sherman asked me many questions before my surgery. She focused on my needs and preferences. Dr. Sherman clearly wanted to be match her care to my circumstances. In addition, she patiently explained the sequence of events that would take place in the operating room. After our talk I felt safer and confident that Dr. Sherman and the surgical team wanted what was best for me. Dr. Sherman reduced my anxiety and apprehension with confidence. Thank you Dr. Sherman.
